My name is Natalia, I am 39 years old, bilingual Italian / Brazilian Portuguese and CILS examiner. I have two Bachelor's degrees (in Journalism and in Philosophy), a postgraduate degree in History, Society and Culture; and a Master Degree in Italian Literature & Language. I worked for almost 20 years in the cultural and editorial area, and since 2020 I teach Italian / Brazilian Portuguese to foreigners and do translations.Me as a Teacher
I am very receptive to the needs of students and model classes according to individual interests.My lessons & teaching style
Learning a language does not have to be martyrdom. It is, instead, a way to increase one's cultural baggage on the world. My teaching method combines the passion for the culture and the stories of these people with the regular teaching of the language. The aim is to provide adequate oral and written expression in the language and to provide cultural knowledge about Italy and Brazil. Classes are online, via Skype or Zoom.My teaching material

Natalia is a fantastic teacher. I took a trial class with her and she is so sweet, interesting and approachable. She is very organized and patient, and also very adaptive. My biggest hurtle was speaking because of the nerves but she gave me a huge boost of confidence in the short time I spent which went by so fast. I really had fun and did not think about the time once. If you are thinking about learning a language and aren't sure about the money, how much time you might have, or for whatever reason, I really believe that taking classes with Natalia will pay you back tenfold. I am expanding on my French right now but I cannot wait to return to this class.
